As you can see, upgrading your listing has a huge impact on where your server is placed. You will see tons of extra traffic coming to your server.
**IMPORTANT NOTE** We have received a lot of emails about the $2.95 fee during checkout. This is a "Registration Backup Service" fee put there by the transcation company, not us. You can easily remove this fee by clicking the trash bin to the left of the $2.95 fee. Please don't send us hate mail for something we can not control.

1. What happens after I purchase an upgrade?
Once you purchase you will recieve a "Key Code". This code can be redeemed on the server's page by the server owner to upgrade the server.
2. What is "Registration Backup Service"? What if I don't purchase it?
The Registration Backup Service is offered by SWREG during the purchase of certain software products which require the use of a registration code or key for full access or use. With this service, SWREG retains a backup copy of your registration code, for a period of a year, should you need it again in the event of loss, a computer crash, virus, etc.
The short answer is NO, you do not need to purchase it. You can simply remove this item by clicking the trash can in front of the product name in the shopping list, or clicking the "Remove" checkbox.
3. Why do you use Key Codes for upgrades?
We wanted to give the ability to server users to buy the upgrade for the server owners. All the user has to do is buy the code, then give the code to the server owner to redeem. Also, we are planning on adding a referral program soon where server owners will get Key Codes as prizes.
4. I purchased an upgrade but did not get a Key Code?
You should recieve your code in your email. There is a chance that the delivery was delayed or it went to your spam folder. Either way, if this is the case you can email support@mclistserv.com if you have any problems.
5. I redeemed my code on the server's page but my score didn't update.
Please allow up to 10 minutes for your server's score to update.
